SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small Group Training  are structured small classes (typically 4–10 participants) focused on strength, conditioning, technique, and progressive improvement.
They offer the energy of a standard class, but with more individual attention and clearer progression than our large group fitness options.

  • Individuals who like more coaching but don’t need 1:1

  • Anyone who wants to build strength safely with guidance

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Semi-Private Training bridges the gap between personal training and small group classes. You train with 2–4 clients who share similar goals while still receiving individualized coaching and tailored programming.
It offers the attention of 1:1 training, the energy of a small group, and a more affordable way to get personalized results.
