Maddy Owens

Owner and Program Director

Coach Maddy is a professional dancer and athlete who grew up right here in Gotha, FL. She fell in love with the human body in motion when she took her first Exercise Science class at Gotha Middle School, igniting a passion that would shape her entire career. After spending 19 years working with major fitness brands and programs, she felt compelled to create something that reflected everything she wished existed when she was growing up. Fit ’N Fierce of West Orange was born from that vision: a community-driven fitness collective designed to pour back into the place that sparked her journey.

Brenly DeMill

Fitness Instructor

Coach Brenly is a marathon runner who grew up dancing and playing soccer, giving her a lifelong appreciation for movement and athleticism. She fell in love with the electrifying energy of her very first High Fitness class and teaches HIGH, LOW, and TONE. Brenly is passionate about helping people discover fitness that truly works for them. She believes showing up is the hardest part — because once you’re in the room, you can do anything you set your mind to. With her high energy and encouraging coaching style, she inspires every client to push, grow, and have fun along the way.

Maria Marquez

Fitness Instructor

Coach María is passionate about promoting a healthy, balanced lifestyle and supporting long-term longevity. As a mom and entrepreneur, she understands how challenging consistency can be, so her approach focuses on simple, sustainable habits that help people feel their best. Her classes combine movement, music, and mindset to create an uplifting and accessible experience. Her goal is for everyone to leave feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of showing up for their well-being today and for their future.

Coach Origin is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. She brings high energy to every session, motivating clients to push their limits while keeping the experience fun, supportive, and rewarding. With a coaching mindset rooted in the belief that determination and drive equal growth and gains, she empowers individuals to show up for themselves, stay consistent, and discover their strength from the inside out.

Ashley Morgan

Instructor, Client Experience Coordinator

Coach Ashley is a wife and dog mom who never imagined she’d fall in love with fitness until she attended her first High Fitness class. Her soul was instantly electrified when she discovered how fun and uplifting working out could be. She became certified shortly after and has been rocking out in HIGH, LOW, and TONE classes ever since. Ashley brings infectious energy, authenticity, and encouragement to every session, helping others experience the same joy and confidence she found through movement.

Desi Stills

Personal Trainer

Coach Desi possesses seven years of experience as a fitness instructor and is passionate about empowering others to adopt sustainable wellness lifestyles. As a personal trainer and nutrition coach, she has collaborated extensively with diverse clientele to cultivate strength, optimize nutrition, and foster positive behavioral patterns. Desi is also the author of "More Than A Cookbook" and is recognized for her ability to energize fitness communities. Her mission is to help every client build confidence, consistency, and a healthier relationship with movement and food.

Melanie Gold

Fitness Instructor and Trainer

Coach Melanie brings her joy of movement to every type of exercise. She started dancing at age five and she later competed in ballroom. She has been a certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer since 2000, building more than two decades of experience helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more empowered in their daily lives. Melanie is passionate about guiding individuals as they transform their health and lifestyle, creating an environment where fitness feels accessible, empowering, and genuinely enjoyable.

Brandi Welch

Fitness Instructor and Trainer

Coach Brandi is passionate about fitness and promoting a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. She is dedicated to educating individuals about nutrition and the many diverse areas of fitness training, helping people understand how movement and nourishment work together to support long-term well-being. Brandi believes that fitness is not just about looking good on the outside, but feeling strong, balanced, and confident on the inside. Her goal is to help you improve your overall wellness while making sure you have fun every step of the way.

Ezzy Arroyo

Fitness Instructor

Coach Ezzy has been a dancer since the age of six and is certified in Hip Hop Dance Aerobics. With a background in dance instruction and youth sports and fitness, her two lifelong passions have always been movement and community. Ezzy believes dance fitness is a fun, innovative way to bring people of all ages together to get up, get moving, and feel confident in their bodies. For those who aren’t motivated by traditional workout routines, she loves showing how dance fitness can deliver a full-body experience that feels exciting, uplifting, and accessible to everyone.

Nay Charles

Fitness Instructor and Trainer

Coach Nay is an athlete, teacher, trainer, and coach who has excelled in Track and Field, Tae Kwon Do, and competitive bodybuilding. You may have seen her compete at the Southeastern USA Classic, All South Classic, Seminole Classic, and Mid-Florida Classic, where her dedication and drive consistently set her apart. She believes discipline is a form of worship and trains women to move with purpose, strength, and joy. Nay empowers her clients to tap into their unlimited potential and become more than they ever dreamed they could be — both in and out of the gym.
