Our studio generally operates 15 minutes before classes start and 15 minutes after classes end:

Monday - Thursday: 9:20am - 10:40am

Holiday hours may vary; members will be notified in advance.
Members must book classes in advance through our online system via our website or mobile app. Classes open for booking 21 days in advance.
We need at least two clients to rent space and host a class. This will be determined based on the following:
If any 5:00am, 5:30am, or 6:00am class has ONLY ONE OR ZERO participants booked 9 (nine) hours before the class starts, then this class will be canceled, and the client will be rescheduled.
If any later class has ONLY ONE participant booked 1 (one) hour before the class starts, then this class will be canceled, and the client will be rescheduled.
If any 9:00am, 9:15am, or 9:30am class has ZERO participants booked 2 (two) hours before the class starts, then this class will be canceled.
If any evening class has ZERO participants booked 3 (three) hours before the class starts, then this class will be canceled.
All fitness classes must be rescheduled one hour prior to the start of the class that is being cancelled.
Clients can request to reschedule the same class for the same day at a different time slot (move a 5am HIIT class to 6am HIIT instead, or visa versa) by texting or emailing us. Approval is dependent on whether the change will result in a last minute cancelled class due the enforcement of our Two Client Minimum Policy.
All fitness classes must be canceled 9 hours prior to the class starting in order to receive a credit or refund. All private sessions must be canceled 24 hours prior to the session starting in order to receive a credit or refund.
Members should strive to arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts. Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes after class starts may not be allowed entry. In the interest of safety, all clients must be able to warm up properly before jumping into the class.
There is no penalty fee for no-shows and late cancellations (within 12 hours of class start). However, no-shows and late cancellations may not be refunded, especially if the cancellation will require us to enforce our Two Client Minimum Policy.
If a class is full, members may join the waitlist. If a spot opens, members will be notified automatically and must confirm within 10 minutes before the spot is offered to the next client on the waitlist.
Memberships and class packages have specific expiration dates, which are communicated upon purchase.
Memberships may not be transferred or shared unless explicitly stated in the membership agreement.
All sales are final. Refunds are not provided unless due to medical reasons with valid documentation.
Customers can cancel their subscription anytime on their My Subscriptions page.
Respect fellow members and instructors.
Refrain from disruptive behavior, including excessive talking during classes.
Clean up after yourself and wipe down equipment after use.
All memberships auto-renew unless canceled at least 2 days before the renewal date.
Members may request a hold on their membership for medical or travel reasons, with a minimum duration of 7 days and a maximum of 1 month per year.
Memberships will be suspended until payment is received.

Certain classes may have skill prerequisites. Members should consult instructors before enrolling.
Private sessions require booking at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee.
Members must be at least 16 years old to participate in classes unless accompanied by an adult or preapproved by management.
All participants must sign a liability waiver before attending their first class.
Instructors are subject to change without prior notice.
Members experiencing symptoms of illness should refrain from attending classes until symptom-free for at least 2 hours.
In case of injury, notify an instructor or staff member immediately.
Emergency exits are clearly marked. Follow instructor guidance in case of an emergency.
Athletic attire and proper footwear are required for all classes with the exception of Barre(ish), Fit ‘N Flexible, and Pilates Mat.
The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Wipe down all equipment after use with provided disinfectants.
Items left behind will be stored for 14 days before being donated or discarded.
Only water in a sealed container is allowed in workout areas.
The studio is a safe and inclusive space for all. Discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated.
Any form of harassment or discrimination may result in membership suspension or termination.
Please keep phone use to a minimum and step away from class to take phone calls.
The studio may take photos/videos for marketing purposes. Members who wish to opt out should notify staff in advance.
Instructors must maintain a professional demeanor and uphold studio values.
All instructors must have valid certifications relevant to the classes they teach.
Member information is confidential and must not be shared outside of the studio.
Disputes should be reported to management immediately for resolution.
