On Saturday, August 9 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Fit ‘N Fierce of West Orange and Traditional Martial Arts Center are teaming up to host the First Annual West Orange Summer Bash, a free community fitness fair and open house held at The Gotha Warehouse (2220 Hempel Avenue, Gotha, FL).

This event is all about celebrating movement, wellness, and the power of community connection. Whether you're a parent looking for fitness options for your kids, a senior eager to stay mobile and connected, or someone simply ready to get back into a routine—you’ll find something for you here.
