This challenge isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about creating sustainable habits that make you feel strong, energized, and unstoppable! Whether you’re looking to push past limits, stay accountable, or just have fun with a supportive community, this is YOUR challenge.


✅ Your Weekly Mission:

✔️ Take 3 fitness classes per week

✔️ Drink at least 64 oz of water daily

✔️ Take a walk outdoors daily
