Target and tone your arms, shoulders, chest, and back in just 25 focused minutes. This upper body workout is designed to improve posture, build lean muscle, and boost upper body strength and endurance. Expect moves that enhance functional strength—great for everything from lifting groceries to crushing pushups. Part of our weekly rotating Strength Series, this class is stacked back-to-back with Core and Lower Body Strength giving you a fresh focus each week without changing your schedule.

Cancellation Policy
Two Client Minimum Policy If any 5:00am, 5:30a, or 6:00am class has ONLY ONE or ZERO participants booked 9 (nine) hours before the class starts, then this class will be canceled, and the client will be rescheduled. If any later class has ONLY ONE participant booked 2 (two) hours before the class starts, then this class will be canceled, and the client will be rescheduled. If any later class has ZERO participants booked 3 (three) hours before the class starts, then this class will be canceled. Cancellation Policy All fitness classes must be canceled 9 hours prior to the class starting in order to receive a credit or refund. All private sessions must be canceled 24 hours prior to the session starting in order to receive a credit or refund.
